Our Mission:
The National Arab American Bar Association (NAABA) was founded in 2023 as a non-partisan, non-religious professional organization which seeks to foster connections among the nation’s Arab American lawyers, judges and law students from communities across the country.  NAABA pursues three primary goals:
1) to support the professional growth and advancement of Arab American lawyers, judges and law students;
2) to cultivate an understanding of the legal challenges facing Arab Americans; and
3) serve Arab American communities nationwide.
- NAABA is a professional organization first. NAABA is non-partisan and non-religious.
- NAABA will encourage and promote the professional growth and advancement of our members by providing professional development and educational programs as well as mentoring and networking opportunities.
- NAABA will raise the organization’s visibility and capitalize on its reputation to increase membership & influence.
- NAABA will educate the Arab-American community by providing legal information & access to our organization through pro-bono & other projects.
- NAABA will combat efforts to limit or marginalize the Arab American community and all other immigrant/minority communities.
- NAABA will bolster infrastructure to preserve continuity in operations/programming.
- NAABA will maximize resources to enable the organization to carry out its mission.
