MICHAEL ZOGBY - Director

Michael C. Zogby serves as partner-in-charge of Barnes & Thornburg’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, co-chair of the firm’s Trial & Global Disputes Group, and co-chair of BTMENA talent resource group, which provides mentoring, learning, and development opportunities for the firm’s Middle Eastern and North African attorneys, staff and allies. Mike is a trial attorney who represents major pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, biotechnology, consumer products, manufacturing and chemical companies in product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, environmental, and business disputes alleging negligence, failure to warn, strict liability, design and manufacturing defects, fraud, consumer protection, breach of warranty, wrongful death, antitrust, intellectual property, punitive damages, and trade secrets challenges. In addition, Mike counsels global clients on a variety of privacy, security, cross-border litigation, and eDiscovery issues.

He has achieved national rankings by Chambers, LMG Life Sciences, Benchmark Litigation, and The Legal 500. Mike is a member of the board of directors of the Product Liability Advisory Council, and he is a trustee of the Trial Attorneys of America, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and Tri-County Scholarship Fund. He serves on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law, and has participated on trial ethics, cybersecurity, mass tort, and proportionality programs at Fordham School of Law, Duke Law School, and George Washington School of Law.

He is a member of the American Task Force on Lebanon. He is a graduate of William & Mary School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Environmental law & Policy Review, and Saint Joseph’s University.
