Lulu Seikaly - Director

Lulu Seikaly is a Senior Corporate Attorney specializing in Employment law at Payscale, a SaaS technology firm focusing on compensation management solutions. Lulu has spent the last 10 years advising and counseling People leaders and executives on proper employment practices. In addition to advising Payscale on employment-related matters, Lulu also focuses on staying current on pay equity and pay transparency legislation and trends globally to help organizations get pay right. Lulu is often sought out as a legal expert on pay transparency laws by media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, CBS, Fortune, and Bloomberg. Lulu is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Texas. Prior to her work at Payscale, Lulu ran for U.S. Congress in Texas in 2020. Lulu graduated on the Dean’s Honors List with a Juris Doctorate in Law from the South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
